Terms of Use

By using VyapaarMart you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we are

VyapaarMart is a listing and enquiry platform. We connect buyers with suppliers and service providers, but we are not a party to any deal between them. We don't sell, deliver, install or guarantee any product or service listed here, and we don't handle payments between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older and give true details. One person or business, one account.
  • Keep your login and the codes we send you private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Posting requirements, viewing contact details and writing reviews all need a logged-in account.

3. Buyers

  • Posting requirements is free. Describe a real need and use a mobile number you own.
  • Your requirement and contact details are shared with matching sellers so they can quote.
  • Check a seller's credentials, quotes and warranties yourself before paying anyone.
  • Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with that business.

4. Sellers

  • Listing your business, receiving enquiries and finding buyers are free. If we ever add optional paid features, we will tell you first and nothing you already use for free will start costing money without notice.
  • Your business details, photos, products and prices must be true and yours to use.
  • Use buyer details only to respond to that buyer. Don't spam, share, resell or misuse them.
  • "Verified" means we checked basic business details. It is not an endorsement or guarantee.
  • The Find buyers page has a fair-use limit on how many buyers you can unlock every 30 days. An unlock is used even if the buyer later chooses someone else.
  • You may reply to reviews but not pressure buyers to change them or post reviews of your own business.

5. Not allowed

  • Fake listings, fake requirements, fake reviews, or pretending to be someone else.
  • Asking for advance payments for goods or services you don't intend to provide.
  • Scraping the site, collecting other users' contact details, or sending automated requests.
  • Trying to break into accounts or the site's security.
  • Illegal, banned, counterfeit, misleading or offensive products, services or content.

We may remove content, hide reviews, block buyers or suspend sellers who break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from deals between buyers and sellers, from content posted by users, or from the site being unavailable.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
